For such a small model,
it is great to see 4 work
tools included in the tin.
N ot many companies would
consider producing such a
small machine in 1:50th
scale and yet Diecast
Masters have once again released
a rather impressive replica which
captures the looks of the original very
well. A model of this size is not going
to capture the realistic range of
movement of the original, as the parts
are too small once scaled to 1:50th
and yet there is enough movement in
the model to please, and the addition
of the coupler and four different work
tools is another nice thought from
Diecast Masters and while the auger
and hammer will just about fit, the
toothed and grading buckets look
much more realistic when fitted. What
does impress is the implementation of
the operator’s station, with a light grey
colour contrasting with the black
seat and canopy with all the controls
present. The blade can be raised and
the rubber tracks, while thin, do have Left:

some surface tread detailing. bucket fits to the model well.
