the chassis and have a pair of ladders that hinge

section of the chassis while the lifting unit
and ballast are loaded, ready to by lifted
by the working hydraulics that operate with
the winding key.

A winding key is used to operate the main winch and
it also works to raise and lower the counterweight tray
lifting mechanism which is fully operational.
