Volkswagen T5 DoKu Transporter

Presented here is the exclusive edition 1:50th scale Volkswagen T5 DoKu Transporter from NZG which has been finished in the yellow decoration of Granvia.

The Volkswagen T5 Transporter van from NZG is another interesting release, modelled on the DoKa variant with a double crew cabin and rear low sided body. This combination is typical for contractors on small road maintenance jobs, allowing for tool and material transport in the rear while having enough cabin space for a 6 man crew.

The model has a fairly simplistic underside with suspension struts and exhaust added to the chassis with a steering front axle. The cabin interior has been accurately finished with a wide passenger front seat, rear seating, complete with headrests, a raised dashboard with steering wheel and gearstick visible and a centrally fitted rear view mirror.

The exterior of the cabin has large amber beacons fitted to the roof and side mirrors extending from the door frame. The cargo area is fitted with a large storage container with a textured lid and surface latch detailing. The model shown here is one of two exclusive versions from the VINCI Group while a standard version finished in orange is also available.
