Sennebogen 735E Log Loader

The Sennebogen 735E mobile HD timber handling machine is a true workhorse when it comes to moving timber. It has been purposefully designed for pick & carry operations and as such, the boom is mounted towards the rear to provide excellent balance with the MF37E undercarriage optimally configured with 8 tyres for stability and all-wheel steering for excellent manoeuvrability. With a top travel speed of 20km/h and all wheel drive, the machine is capable of pulling up to 30 ton with a hitch allowing the use of a towed trailer. Power comes from a Cummins QSL 9-C300 turbo charged diesel engine delivering 300hp and the machine tips the scales around 44000kg depending on configuration. Standard configuration consists of an 8.2m boom and 4.7m stick giving a reach of 11m with a 3m2 grapple.

The 1:50th scale model from Conrad is an accurate replica of this formidable machine, keeping with the traditions of a heavy weighted replica with good levels of engineering and functionality throughout.

The undercarriage has been finished with optional extras including the fenders above the wheels and the towing hitch to which the included trailer can be connected. A height adjustable blade has also been added and both axles have working steering.

The main body casting accurately captures the styling of the real machine with metal safety railings added around the upper edge, complete with side fitted access ladders. The cabin is raised to give the operator an unobstructed view with a plastic moulding inside providing the drivers seating and controls with a plastic safety screen protecting the front and roof window of the MaxCab cabin.

The boom and stick have a very realistic range of movement, complimented with flexible hydraulic hose lines and the large log grapple which features opening jaws and 360 degree rotation.
