New Holland L175 Skid Steer Loader

Presented here is the 1:32nd scale New Holland L175 skid steer loader from Ros. It is interesting that this model has been produced in the larger 1:32nd scale while the other latest releases in the New Holland range are 1:50th scale.

The loader arm linkage is very interesting allowing parrallel lift of the bucket as the arms raise with one mounting point on the upper part of the cab frame and this linkage is not seen on other skid steer vehicles. The four rubber tyres have an authentic tread pattern moulded into them with yellow plastic wheel hubs and grey centres.

The cab interior has been accurately reproduced with seat, safety hydraulic cut off lever and joystick controls visible through the large front window and side windows that have a printed safety mesh pattern. The front window has a plastic windscreen wiper with hinge and door handle detailing whilst the rear of the cab frame has integrated light bar with clear and red plastic lenses.

The rear engine bay has a textured rear radiator grill and upper panel grill with cast handles and lifting loops which have tiny authentic safety decals which is a nice addition. The loader arms have a number of safety decals which are accurately placed and the hydraulics are stiff enough to hold the rather small bucket in any position chosen.

Large clear lenses are also fitted to the front cab frame and there is a small glazed cover on the roof allowing a view of the bucket when the arms are fully raised. The paint finish is excellent throughout in the authentic yellow and grey New Holland colour scheme with crisp tampo printed markings on the loader arms and body and is securely packed in a two section polystyrene carton with outer printed box.
