New    1:50th Scale Liebherr T282B Mining Truck

This is the new Liebherr T282B Mining Truck in 1:50th scale from Conrad. The model is an excellent replica with many nicely detailed features. The steering is operational with ball joints and full suspension.

The upper deck contains fine detailing on the walkways and the cab is fully detailed. There's even the weight display on each side of the truck.

There are 3 sets of steps up to the cab, one on each side of the engine and one going up the front radiator grill. there are also steps mounted to the main frame to get access to the engine compartment, like the real machine.

The rear of the model shows the exhaust outlets along with the reversing and indicator lights. The rear electric motor features spring loaded suspension and mud flaps.

This is a fantastic model, although it is not yet available to buy in Liebherr Livery. There has been a lot of work put into this model to produce the level of detail and realism. Another great release from Conrad.

This is another release from Conrad which shows they are still capable of producing the finest models
in the stiff competition from other model manufacturers in China. It goes well with the recently released Liebherr R996 Backhoe and together, they make a great combination in the cabinet.
