1:50th Scale Caterpillar 345B MH Tracked Material Handler

Presented here is the 1:50th scale Caterpillar 345B MH tracked material handler from Norscot.

The upper carbody, high riser cab and boom accurately capture the full sized machine with the boom and stick having stiff cylinders, complete with flexible piping allowing the attachment to be positioned as required. The access steps and platform up to the high rise cab are sturdy with plastic handrails throughout.

The wide tracked undercarriage consists of rubber band style tracks with moulded pad detailing. The detailing on the undercarriage is not too bad, although quite basic and the model comes with a new style 4 tine grab and operational magnet.
