Caterpillar NR16N Reach Truck
Presented here is the 1:25th scale Caterpillar NR16N reach truck from Norscot. The electric powered NR16N reach truck has a lifting capacity of 1600kg and is highly manoeuvrable with a side oriented ride-on operator station and extending mast for precise placement of the load.

The model from Norscot has captured the realism of the reach truck very well, with a working three stage mast and pitch adjustable forks.
The operator’s area has a side mounted grey painted seat, display screen, storage area, hand controls and foot pedals with a raised safety canopy.

The mast can be extended forward towards the edge of the chassis, allowing the truck to pick pallets from shelving in confined spaces. The sliding mechanism is fairly stiff but does function. |
The wheels have good surface detailing of the hubs with thin-walled tyres while on the underside, there is a drive wheel which features rotational movement to control the steering of the truck.
