Caterpillar 910K Wheel Loader

Presented here is the 1:32nd scale Cat 910K which joins the previously released TH407C telehandler and 308E2 midi excavators. The loader is ideal for general purpose duties and as such, the model is fitted with a quick coupler.

This is a good addition to the model but unfortunately, only the bucket is included in the box so there is no ability to change to another work tool.

Diecast Masters certainly missed an opportunity here, as the attachments from the TH407C are a slightly different size and will not fit the coupler of the 910K.

The model has some good detailing, including hydraulic steering rams, fine printing of the engine grills, a light finished cabin interior highlighting the controls with exterior cabin detail including grab handles, access steps, screen wiper, rear view mirrors and amber beacon.

Flexible hydraulic hose lines have been added and the arms rise to a fairly good height. The insides of the wheel hubs are hollow and look unfinished although this is only seen with the arms raised and the tyres have a crisply moulded tread pattern.
