1:50th Scale XCMG QAY200 Mobile Crane
Presented here is the XCMG QAY200 6-axle mobile crane. This is a big and heavy model and joins it's smaller brother, the QY50K as the only two XCMG mobile crane models currently available. Attention to detail is good with many nice features throughout the model.

The four outriggers on the model have two stage extending telescopic legs with screw down pads which have good detailing of the jack pads. A spare wheel is mounted to the rear frame with printed lights and safety chevrons are fitted to each outrigger.

The superstructure is a nice casting with cutouts for the access steps and cast frame and panel detailing. |
The model features removable cheek weights which slot into place into the grooves in the main counterweight pieces and the rear winch housing is pinned in place and can be removed from the frame (As shown above)

The cab can be tilted by about 20 degrees and has a replicated interior with large curved front window. |
The 6-section telescopic boom houses a two section lattice jib which is fixed into place on the side of the boom. The main lift cylinder is very stiff on the model which allows the boom to hold position although once the boom is fully extended, it is likely to slowly drop. |

This is a very good quality model with functional steering of the front and rear axles, highly detailed tyres and wheel hubs and fully functional crane boom.
