1:50th Scale Wacker Neuson 701 Skid Steer Loader
The Wacker Neuson 701 is one of the most detailed 1:50th scale models for it's size from Universal Hobbies. The model is highly detailed throughout with a number of details often missing from similar sized models. The rubber tyres have an accurate moulded tread pattern with silver wheel hubs and the wheels are freely rotating.
The bucket has a reasonable amount of movement with a simulated quick coupler, complete with painted release handles.The loader arms are functional and have main and auxiliary hydraulic piping which gives an amazing level of realism.

The cab interior has been accurately reproduced with joystick controls and swing down safety bar all visible. Even rear view mirrors are present on the loader arms along with front facing work lights with clear plastic lenses are integrated into the safety cage, complimented with the roof mounted amber beacon. Everywhere you look on the model, you notice the fine details and this is amazing considering the actual size of this model.

The rear engine compartment has a photo etched grill with rear facing lights that have tiny coloured plastic lenses. The rear window is plastic with painted simulated rubber seal around the edge. |
This is an update to the original model and is painted in the new Wacker Neuson yellow and grey colour scheme. It is another great addition to the growing range of replicas in the Wacker Neuson / Kramer Allrad portfolio.
