Toyota BT Staxio
Presented here is the 1:23rd scale Toyota BT Staxio pallet truck which has been produced by Ros. The Staxio is an enhancement on the Levio pallet truck with an elevating mast allowing pallets to be stacked to a considerable height.
The steering is linked to the control bar which controls the single powered drive wheel on the underside and this has a good range of movement. There are two castor wheels added to the underside for stability and these rotate freely.
The hand controls are authentically replicated, complete with red painted emergency button and tiny printing of the keypad on the underside of the handle, as shown above.

The forks can be raised with good cast detailing of the simulated lifting chain mechanism which really does look realistic. |

The resistance of the mast and fork assembly allows the forks to remain at any chosen height although with a load, the forks are likely to drop over time |
The body shape is almost the same as the Levio pallet truck and yet the surface casting detail found on the Levio is lacking on the Staxio. The printing of the BT Staxio name and logo are crisp and legible on the sides of the mast. A plastic pallet is included in the box.
