Terex TA6S Site Dumper

Presented here is the 1:50th scale Terex TA6S site dumper from NZG. For years, collectors have been waiting for a site dumper and yet, in the last 2 years, three have been produced including the Terex 6 ton swivel skip model reviewed here.

There are some nice details on the model including the fold down roll over safety bar, topped with amber beacon as well as all the hand and foot controls, including hand brake lever and central steering console. The articulated steering has a good degree of turn with a replicated drive shaft fitted underneath to the front axle.

The tyres have a very pronounced tractor syle moulded tread pattern with black wheel hubs showing the fixing bolt detailing whilst the skip rotates through 180 degrees allowing it to tip on either side of the chassis. The tipping angle is very good and this is a very nicely engineered and produced replica which looks great alongside the other recent Terex model releases.
