With the International toy fair less than 3 weeks away, rumours have already started to appear. Liebherr have been quiet throughout 2011 with new model releases and rumours suggest they are about to make up for it with the R9800, R9600 and R9400 all rumoured for a Bauma 2013 release.

NZG may be working on a smaller brother to the LH120 in the form of the LH80 along with a model of the SR714 welding tractor, which would be a nice addition. There are still consistent rumours of a R9100 / R9150, and R936 while the A918 Compact is still a favourite to appear from NZG. The L576 wheel loader is the latest machine to receive a mention and the 81K tower crane and LTC1045-3.1 are still in the running.

Universal Hobbies are believed to have signed a licence to produce Case models. This is an interesting turn up and it will be interesting to see the quality of the models. It will also be interesting to see if they plan on producing more Poclain models.
