1:50th Scale Putzmeister Pumi Concrete Mixer with Boom

Presented here is the updated Putzmeister Pumi concrete mixer with placement boom from Conrad. The model has a new black painted chassis with silver wheel hubs and a new Actros cab. The front axles have working steering and all the rubber tyres have an authentic tread pattern.

The updated Mercedes Actros cab has a replicated interior with frame mounted rear view mirrors. The rear frame is the same casting as the previous version and houses the three section placement boom which can be fully extended and rotates by 360 degrees. The plastic boom hydraulics are now colour matched to the boom colour and this makes the model look much better than the original black cylinders.

The front mounted stabilisers extend from the chassis and can be lowered by unscrewing the pads whilst the freely rotating mixing drum is made of metal with black "PUMI" markings. The rear of the model features a detailed rotor pump and side mounted hopper with rotating discharge chute and access ladders to the upper platform.
