Liebherr LRS645 Reachstacker Container Handler
This is the Liebherr LRS645 Reachstacker model in 1:50th scale from NZG.
The side of the LRS645 features opening panels giving access to the fully reproduced engine and associated componentry. Even the hydraulic hoses have been added to provide extra realism. The rear wheels can be steered and all wheels are free rolling.

The boom of the LRS645 features a flexible hose running bewteen the container head and the fixed boom. When extending, this flexes just like on the real machine.

The container lifting head is fully adjustable and can slide left/right, can be rotated 360 degrees and can be tilted. The arms can be extended to handle different sizes of container and the end pins engage with the included 40 foot plastic container, finished in Liebherr yellow with black Liebherr name printed on the container sides.

The cab is quite large and features working lights mounted on the roof with a clear roof window. The interior of the cab is detailed with the controls clearly visible. Mirror and working lights are added to the front of the vehicle and you can see the front mounted stabilisers that can be used when working at full reach.
