1:50th Scale Liebherr Service Van

Presented here is the 1:50th scale Mercedes service van in Liebherr livery from Siku. I have to admit that I usually consider Siku as childrens toys and not really models for collectors but I have to admit that Siku have done a great job on this model

The front doors can be opened, as can the swing out rear doors which is a nice touch. What makes this model even better is the authentic working of the side opening door, which first pulls out before sliding along the side of the van.

This is a great piece of engineering from Siku and I have to admit that this model does not look out of place alongside the other Liebherr models from Conrad, NZG and Norscot.

The markings on the sides of the van are exceptional with detailed printing of the A316 wheeled excavator on one side of the van and the L580 wheel loader on the other side. This is worth adding to any Liebherr collection.
