1:50th Scale Komatsu PC210LC Tracked Excavator with Hammer

This is the new 1:50th scale Komatsu PC210LC tracked excavator with breaker from Universal Hobbies. This is identical to the previous release with the addition of a hydraulic breaker instead of a bucket.

The first thing you notice is the hydraulic pipework on the boom, stick and cylinders. All the check valves and pipework are faithfully reproduced from the pumps to the cylinders, including the feeds to the hammer attachment.

The cab interior is finely detailed with all controls visible through the clear windows, including the Komatsu logo on the seat. The cab exterior has windscreen wipers, lights, grab rails and rear view mirrors fitted and there is a warning beacon fitted on the roof.

The paint finish is fantastic and all warning and safety markings have been added, including inside the cab. While the model looks superb, there is a lot of plastic used on the model, including the hammer and undercarriage which is a shame as it detracts slightly from what is otherwise another fantastic model in the Komatsu lineup.
