Komatsu PC210LC Tracked Excavator

Presented here is the limited edition Komatsu PC210LC tracked excavator in the colours of the Alder Ag company from NZG. The body casting highlights all the fine grill panels with an opening engine cover unveiling the replicated powerpack within, with the various components authentically painted.

The opposite side of the body has door handle detailing with a metal safety railing along the upper edge. An additional rear view mirror is placed on the corner with a second mirror mounted on the top of the engine compartment, while a rear view camera housing is located on the counterweight for total realism.

The cab interior has been captured with the seat and controls visible through the clear windows which have printed window seals. A photo-etched windscreen wiper is fitted to the front window and a roof window, rear fitted aerial and rear view mirror are some of the highlights found on the cab.

The boom and stick have a good degree of movement with flexible hydraulic piping fitted. The hydraulics themselves are a little thin and care needs to be taken not to bend them out of shape. The model is fitted with a general purpose bucket which shows some fine tooth and ridge detailing.

The paint finish is excellent with the casting details showing through perfectly. Small printing of the company details has been added to the body sides with the company graphics applied to the counterweight and boom, all of which are crisply applied and readable, despite the tiny dimensions. This is another good addition to the company decorated Komatsu fleet.
