JLG 4013 European Telehandler
Presented here is the 1:32nd scale JLG 4013 telehandler. The 4013 is a European design telehandler with fully enclosed cab and tier III compliant diesel engine.

The front frame has drop down stabilisers with movable pads which have stiff hydraulics and can raise the front wheels off the ground giving good stability to the model when the boom is extended.
Front mounted mud guards turn with the wheels and the frame levelling mechanism is functional allowing the model to be tilted by about 8 degrees. |

The cab has a striking shape with large curved front windscreen and curved rear window while frame mounted rear view mirror, complete with reflective surface, front windscreen wiper and work light details have all been added.
The cab interior is authentically reproduced with steering console, side mounted joystick control, contoured drivers seat and storage area behind the seat all present. |

The rear of the model has plastic mud guards connected to the steering axle allowing the guards to turn with the wheels. The tread pattern on the rubber tyres is realistic with chrome wheel hubs and disk brake cover all accurately modelled
Flexible hydraulic hose details run up the side of the boom and the low mounted boom gives excellent level of visibility and features a single hydraulic lift cylinder which has enough stiffness to position the boom in any working configuration. |
The three stage boom locks into place when fully extended giving a maximum height of almost 15" when fully raised. The second boom section has letters printed at intervals giving an indication as to the amount of extension
The model is supplied with both pallet forks and digging bucket and features a quick connect boom head, using a metal pin to secure the work tool into position. This is a nice addition to the model and allows for numerous display possibilities.
The model is finished in the striking orange and cream corporate JLG colours with authentic JLG logos on the boom. The packaging consists of a clear plastic inner carton which securely holds the model. The outer cardboard box has an open front so the model can be seen while the back of the box features pictures of the real machine in use. This is one of the first series of models released by JLG and has the part number 79829.
