International Harvester TD25 Bulldozer

Presented here is the latest version of the 1:50th scale International TD25 bulldozer from First Gear. The level of detail on this model is fantastic and has been an eagerly anticipated release since the first 1:50th scale version was released. This version features on open operator station with rear drawbar and umbrella.

The individually linked metal tracks are supperbly detailed and are a nice replication of the tracks on the real machine. The track frames have working oscillation with spring tensioned idler wheels allowing smooth rotation of the tracks.

The detail provided in the open operators cabin is impressive with all operator controls fully recreated including foot controls, levers and central console with printed dials and guages on the instrument panel. A removable umbrella is also provided in the box and can be inserted into the holder next to the seat.

The open engine compartment shows off a highly detailed engine block with exhaust stack, air filters and hydraulic pipework for the blade all reproduced along with a photo etched front mesh radiator grill and front facing work lights.

The blade can be raised, lowered and tilts slightly and has a detailed cutting edge and reinforced central section for scraper pushing while the rear of the model features a drawbar with removable pin which would allow the towing of a suitable attachment.
