1:50th Scale Hitachi ZW220 Wheel Loader
Presented here is the 1:50th scale Hitachi ZW220 wheel loader from Shinsei. This is a rather nice model with some good detailing and a correct scale of 1:50th, which is unusual for Shinsei who usually prefer producing larger scale models, typically 1:40th.

The cab interior has been replicated and is visible through the large glazed windows. Grab rails have been added on both sides of the cab abd rear view mirrors are fixed to the cab frame.
The rubber tyres fitted to the model have a very nice feel to them with an accurate moulded tread pattern. The loader arms are functional and can be raised to a good height whilst the Z-bar linkage allows a decent degree of bucket tip. |

The rear engine grill has been very nicely captured with integrated lights and curved couterweight. |
