Hanomag B8 Wheel Loader
Presented here is the Hanomag B8 loading shovel in 1:50th scale from NZG. The model has plenty of detail including textured engine panels, working rear wheel steering and accurately moulded rubber tyres complete with tractor style tread pattern.

The removable cab is a nice addition to the model and the clear glazing on the front windscreen has painted rubber seals which give the model a more realistic look.
Once the cab is removed, the internal details are clearly visible including the steering wheel and front console along with the side panel which houses the loader arm controls. An accurately scaled ladder has been added to the side of the model for easy access for the operator.

The cab has two lights fitted to the frame towards the roof along with an additional two lights fitted just below the front window. |

The loader arms have a good amount of movement with hydraulics that can hold the position chosen. The Z-bar linkage is also functional and the bucket has teeth and edge wear plate detailing.
This is another great addition to the historic model line from NZG and is presented in a two piece polystyrene carton with printed cardboard box. The paint finish is very good with crisp casting details and accurate placement of the printed markings.
