Hamm HD 12 & HD 14 Tandem Drum Compactors

Presented here is the HD12 tandem drum roller in 1:50th scale from NZG.For such a small model, there are a number of fine details on the model like the diamond patterned footplate and cast HAMM name. The paint finish is very good with authentic Hamm and Wirtgen markings and painted lights and engine grills.

The operator station is finely detailed with steering console topped with steering wheel, levers mounted on both sides of the seat and a ROPS bar overhead. The grab rail has been reproduced and crane lift brackets are visible above the drum drives, complete with tiny printed hook labels.

  The models are surprisingly heavy considering their size and the smooth, freely rotating rollers have some nice detailing on the ends. The steering has a good degree of movement and warning beacons are fitted to the ROPS bar, just like the real machines.

Supplied in a polystyrene inner carton with outer printed cardboard box, the model is another hit from NZG with the model reference number of 715 for the HD12 and 716 for the HD14.
