One of the recent additions to Gaz Evan's range of attachments and custom parts is this mass excavator boom to fit the Caterpillar 375 / 5080. The kit is supplied with main boom, a choice of short and long stick, bucket linkage, hydraulic cylinders and chromed pistons.

Another recent addition is a rake attachment for excavators. Two sizes are available with a 4 tine for smaller excavators with a stick width of 8mm (25 ton) and a five tine for larger machines with a stick width of 10mm (45+ ton)

Finishing off the recent additions is a concrete pulveriser to fit an 80+ ton excavator with a stick width of 12mm (Pictured above) More new excavator booms are currently in work including two new booms for the Liebherr R954C and a mass excavator boom for the Caterpillar 345. Pictures and further details will follow shortly.

For all those collectors who enjoy modifying their models to create interesting and unusual alternatives, there are now a number of add on accessories available. I have pleasure in presenting five different sizes of Labounty demolition shears available from Gaz Evans which will fit a number of base models.

Each is supplied pre-assembled and can be dismantled for painting by removing the pins. This also gives access to the fixing screw allowing the different head stocks to be fitted (with the exception of the MSD9500 which is only available as a boom mounting). The large hydraulic is stiff enough to allow the cutting jaw to be positioned as required and each shear is supplied with all the decals needed.

The casting details are very good with distinctive Labounty logo embossed into the main surface. The wear plates and cutting blades have bolt detailing and the head stock has structural ribbing.

	MSD 9500 The largest in the set is the MSD9500 which is only available as a boom mounted option and is suitable to fit excavators in the 110 ton plus category. Boom mounting for 13mm opening.
	MSD 7500 The MSD7500 is supplied with a boom mounting (for 70 plus ton carrier) and a dipper mounting (for 100 ton plus carrier) Boom mounting for 10.5mm opening. Dipper mounting up to 16mm.
	MSD 4500 The MSD4500 is supplied with a boom mounting (for 50 plus carrier) and a dipper mounting (for 80-90 ton carrier) Boom mounting for 9mm opening. Dipper mounting up to 13.5mm
	MSD 3000 The MSD3000 is supplied with a boom mounting (for 45 ton carrier) and a dipper mounting (for 65-70 ton carrier) Boom mounting for 8mm opening. Dipper mounting up to 12mm.
	MSD 2500 The smallest member in the set is the MSD2500 and is supplied with a boom mounting (for 30 ton plus carrier) and a dipper mounting (for 45-50 ton carrier) Boom mounting for 7mm opening. Dipper mounting up to 10mm.

Each of the shears, booms and demolition accessories are supplied unpainted allowing the collector to custom fit them to whatever model they desire.
