1:50th Scale Caterpillar D5G XL Bulldozer

This is the new Caterpillar D5G XL Bulldozer from Norscot. The model features a fully operational blade which raises/lowers and also rotates left and right for angle dozing.. The undercarriage has a moveable 3 shank ripper and rotating rubber tracks. The paint finish on the model is very good with crisp markings and interior cab detail.

This model, like several other models from Norscot are spoilt slightly from the use of large headed rivets on the rear ripper unit. This is a shame as the rest of the model is fantastic and another good addition to the Cat fleet.
