Case 1850K Series 3 Bulldozer

This is an update to the original 1:50th scale 1850K dozer model from Ertl. The model is from their standard model range and is therefore very basic.

The rubber tracks are a real dissapointment on a model these days, with virtually every other manufacturer producing models with metal linked tracks.

The engine compartment features a new casting with re-oriented exhaust and oil cooler with printed grills on the side panels.

This update does not really enhance the original model and it is interesting that the latest John Deere model from Ertl is much more detailed and refined than is expected from them and yet they can also produce this much poorer level of model.
