1:50th Scale Bell 315SJ Turbo 4x4 Backhoe Loader

Presented here is the 1:50th scale Bell 315SJ Turbo 4x4 backhoe loader from Ertl. The model is from their standard range and as such, lacks all of the fine details found on Ertl's "High Detail" range. That said, the model is well built and solid with accurate Bell markings on the loader arms, backhoe boom and engine covers.

The sideshift rear end is a single piece casting with the king post centrally located. the backhoe boom, stick and bucket do feature some movement but this is very limited, especially with the bucket linkage. The front loader arms raise to a reasonable height and the bucket can be tilted.
