The Terex stand was impressive with the RH340 backhoe machine being demonstrated. There was a 1:25th scale model of the RH340 inside the Terex pavillion along with the jib for the CC8800 crawler crane. In the Terex shop there were several new models. The Atlas 1504 and 1704 models have been updated with the new Terex livery. The AC40-1 was also updated to the new Terex colours. The RH120-E face shovel model has also been changed with slightly different markings.

  

The Bobcat stand had a couple of new models available. There was a new ABG Titan 326 tracked paver model in 1:50th scale as well as a larger scale single drum roller model with opening engine compartment.

  

The new Sennebogen HPC40 4-axle truck crane was on display. The model was available to order but
was not available to take from the stand. This model is made by Conrad in 1:50th scale.

The new Faun ATF45 model was available from the stand. The model looks good and is another fine release from Conrad. There are other crane models being released later this year. The Manitowoc group are releasing 3 models later this year, including the new Grove GMK3055 and the Potain IGO21 fast erecting tower crane.

The Bomag stand had a new model for sale. It is the BW202 AD roller. The model is nicely made with good detail and operating rollers and steering

 

 

The Volvo grader hand built sample was on display on the stand with an estimated delivery of June/July. The EC240B model was due to turn up but each day when we returned to the Volvo shop, the models had not arrived. The model should be available soon from Volvo Dealers.

The Mammoet stand displayed several new models. The most interesting is the LTC1055 crane from Liebherr. The SPMT model was also available from the stand. The Liebherr LR1750 model has been confirmed for release in Mammoet colours late 2004.

 

The Nooteboom stand had two new models. The first is the euro-71-13 JPD 3-axle
lowbed trailer with removeable gooseneck, 1-axle dolly and 3-axle tractor unit. The other new model was the ASD-48-03 semi trailer with a 8x4 dump truck. Both models are finely detailed

There was no new models at the Goldhofer stand, and the two new Brami Trailers will be released in a couple of months time. The scheuerle SPMT model was also available in Scheuerle livery from their stand.

The MAN stand shop had a number of models for sale. There was one limited edition 3-axle dumptruck model there in white. They also had the new 4-axle wrecker truck.

 

 There are 3 new models from the Manitowoc Group. They are the Grove GMK3055
mobile crane, the Potain IGO21 self erecting tower crane and a National Series 1400 boom truck
with Sterling cab. All are 1:50th scale and are made by Wan-Ho in China for Towsleys Marketing company.
