**    Confirmed Models     **

   Ertl have released new images of the three new 1:50th scale John Deere forestry models. These consist of the 959K tracked feller buncher featuring opening engine compartments, fully functional boom, stick and felling head along with metal tracked pivoting undercarriage. The 909K tracked harvester is also being produced, based on the 959K with different boom and Waratah harvesting head. The third model is an updated 843K wheeled feller buncher. The models are expected to be released during 2010.

  Conrad have released details of three new models. First up is the Mecalac 8MCR tracked excavator in the THW livery, joined by a 3-axle MAN tipper with 2-axle towed tipping trailer in the Eurovia livery. For fans of emergency vehicles, they have announced a model of a 3-axle MAN truck with palfinger crane and removable container in the German fire service colours.

  JCB have announced their next 1:35th scale model from Joal. The Midi CX backhoe loader is being produced in two versions, with both European sideshift and US centremount expected to be released around September.

  Conrad have unveiled a new, limited edition model of the MAN 2-axle tipper truck in the livery of THW.

Universal Hobbies have unveiled their first 1:50th scale New Holland model, the E485B Tracked Excavator. The model is expected to be released August/September.

CCM have unveiled the next release in their classic 1:48th scale Caterpillar line. The 992C was the top vote in the recent collector survey and may appear by the end of the year. Also announced are three versions of a 1:48th scale precision brass D9T, available in limited quantities as a standard machine with ripper, with winch or with waste handling package. A limited run of the 1:24th scale Cat D7E electric drive dozer with cargo H90 winch are also being produced.

Conrad have released two new, limited edition cranes. The Terex AC100-4 in Kavanagh and the Liebherr LTR1100 in Felbermayr.

  The Komatsu PC2000-8 shovel and the Hitachi EX1000 demolition excavators from NZG are now scheduled for release July/August whilst the Hitachi Zaxis 870-3 excavator from WSI is scheduled for a September/October release. The four new Volvo models from NZG are expected to be available from model dealers June/July.

  First Gear are releasing a limited run of the new 1:50th scale Allis Chalmers HD21 in a forestry green colour with forestry service markings.

   First Gear have announced several new 1:50th scale models. The wait for a highly detailed towed scraper is over with the introduction of the Miskin D-19 replica which features free-rolling rubber tyres, a pivoting rear bolster that raises and lowers the bowl along with hydraulic lines to couple up to the tractor and a pivoting hitch.

   To accompany the scraper is a 1:50th scale Case IH Steiger 485 wheeled tractor which is available in both Agricultural and Construction versions. Capable of towing upto three scrapers, this will make a very impressive display. Both tractors feature removable outer "Dual" wheels, a detailed cab interior with articulating frame steering and front toolbox while the HD version also features heavy-duty drawbars, built-in frame weight and tow cable. All three models are due for release in September 2010.

   Universal Hobbies have officially announced the new 1:50th scale Komatsu HM250 articulated dump truck (Item 8035) along with a 1:50th scale version of the Komatsu PC200 "Hybrid" tracked excavator (Item 8041) which are both scheduled to be available in June.

  Arriving December 2010 will be a scale model of a service van in Menzi Muck decoration. A prototype was on display at Bauma and is believed to be 1:50th scale.

   First Gear have released an image of their new 1:50th scale Allis Chalmers HD21 with draw bar in orange.

   ACMOC have released the first painted image of the 1:25th scale DW20 prototype which is being produced by First Gear. It is expected to be released over the summer.

 Sword Precision Scale Models have announced that they have taken over the HET project from TWH and the model will be released July 2010 in several different decorations. Sets are also available. For full details, check out the Sword Reviews website.

  The new CQMS and ESCO dragline buckets from TWH have been produced and should be available soon. The CQMS would make a great load for the Drake Swingwing Trailer.

  Conrad have released two Scholpp liveried crane models, the Liebherr LTM1070-4.1 and the Liebherr LTM1030-2.1. Both models are available to purchase from the Scholpp online shop.

  Schuco are producing several new 1:87th scale models for Liebherr including the A904C wheeled excavator and the Liebherr L556 2plus2 wheel loader.

      Norscot have released official images of their new 1:50th scale Caterpillar AP600D and AP655D pavers. The canopy versions of the model also appear to have a different screed and control console.

 Ros are producing a limited edition version of the Menzi Muck A91, exclusively for FM Modellbau.

   CCM have announced three new 1:48th scale Caterpillar models based on the D9H. First up is the standard D9H with front blade and rear ripper in a limited qty of 1000 pieces. This is followed by a 375 piece run of DD9H and a 375 piece run of SxS D9H. All three variations look fantastic and are expected to be released first half of 2010.   Sword Precision Scale Models have unveiled their latest model. The Mack Granite 3-axle rigid flatbed / tipper is being released in four different colour decorations of yellow, red, black and white.

   TWH Collectibles have announced the production of the 1:50th scale P&H 4100XPC with an estimated release September 2010. The model is limited to only 2000 pieces with 1500 available to the collector market. The model will also feature working LED lights with keys for operating the the dipper, dipper door, crowd and hoist functions.

   TWH Collectibles have announced they are producing radio remote control versions of the 1:50th scale Bucyrus 495HR Rope Shovels. Four decorations of the model will be available and each will have full control of the tracking, slewing, rope winches and bucket door release. videos of the model can be viewed on YouTube. This is in addition to producing a remote control version of the Bucyrus 8750 dragline.
