Liebherr A309 Wheeled Excavator in "Kropf" livery

This is the Liebherr A309 wheeled excavator from NZG. The detail level is amazing for a model so small. The body casting is great and shows all the detail of the real machine, right down to the hinges on the bonnet.The cab is highly detailed with handrails, mirrors and internal cab controls.

The split blade and main blade operate, as does the steering. The boom is fully functional and is finished with hydraulic pipework and warning labels. Even the rivets used to join the boom sections have been touched up.

The bucket is removable from the quick hitch by removing the 2 pins. Spare pins are provided in the box. As models go, this is another example of the fantastic detail that NZG are putting into their models. The paint finish is second to none and all the markings are very well defined.

 The finish of the model is in the company colours of "Wilheim Kropf GmbH & Co KG". The model has been made in a limited run of only 100 and is available now from Thommys Modellshop
